The Collin County Council on Family Violence is a community organization comprised of more than 60 agencies providing services to individuals and families affected by family violence.  The Council was started in 1999 by members of the community and the Junior League of Collin County (JLCC).  The JLCC continues to sponsor the Council as one of their major projects.

One of the goals of the Council is to increase community awareness about the growing needs in our county and also to educate about the resources that are available in our area.  The Council has produced several tools that we would like to share with you, including this short (2 minute) video to show the impact of family violence.  Please visit our Speakers Bureau resource list with more than 15 experts from local agencies that are available to speak on numerous topics related to family violence at no charge.

We would appreciate having the opportunity to visit with you.  Please contact us at cccfv@jlcollincounty.org if you would like additional materials or have questions.

Sincerely,
