The Collin County Council on Family Violence strengthens collaborative, professional partnerships and serves as a catalyst for a sustained movement against family violence in Collin County. We are proud of the work our member organizations do to help victims of domestic violence in Collin County.

Strategic Objectives:

  1. Educate and raise awareness of family violence in Collin County regarding its presence, impact, identification and prevention.
  2. Collaborate to develop and maintain relationships that will sustain an effective coordinated community response to those impacted by family violence.
  3. Facilitate the delivery of training for professionals on best practices in the area of family violence.
  4. The Council will remain strategic, financially sustainable and transparent.

The Collin County Council on Family Violence meets the first Wednesday of each month at the Junior League of Collin County office in Plano. The Collin County Council on Family Violence is an initiative of the Junior League of Collin County. A team of Junior League volunteers facilitate the Council, manage meeting logistics and provide other support functions to help keep CCCFV running.
